Home Environment Setup
Separate quiet zones away from dogs and cats. Each species gets the right enclosure, bedding, hiding spots, and enrichment. No wire-bottom cages. Natural light plus controlled temperature and humidity.
Diet & Nutrition
We follow YOUR feeding routine. Bring their regular food to avoid tummy upsets, or we can source species-appropriate fresh foods: Timothy hay, leafy greens, pellets, seeds, live insects, frozen rodents — whatever they need.
Health & Safety
Daily health checks (eating, drinking, activity, droppings). Quarantine protocols for new arrivals. Emergency vet relationship with Exotic Veterinary Care Singapore. We monitor for stress, GI stasis, and respiratory issues.

Will my small pet be kept near dogs or cats?
No. Small animals have a dedicated, separate area of our home with independent ventilation, away from predator species. Your prey animal's stress levels are our priority.
What if my pet needs emergency veterinary care?
We have a relationship with Exotic Veterinary Care Singapore and 24-hour Animal & Avian Veterinary Clinic. We contact you immediately and follow your pre-agreed emergency instructions.
Can you handle special diets or medications?
Absolutely. We have experience with syringe feeding, insulin injections, oral medications, nebulization, and wound care. Detailed instructions appreciated!
Do you board aggressive or untamed animals?
We assess each pet individually. Some small animals are hands-off by nature (certain reptiles, hamsters) — that's fine, we respect their boundaries. Safety for all comes first.
